The Product Monetization Strategy team within the AI Experiences organization at Microsoft is responsible for defining how we create user experiences that delight users and business models that empower advertisers to meet their goals. We are a global community of creatives and trailblazers — developers, engineers, AIscientists, marketers, researchers, designers, and writers. Fueled by an obsession with the details and a healthy respect for humanity, we explore what’s possible and shape the future together.
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Product Marketing Director to help us to lead the go-to-market strategy for our CRM, MarTech, and related seller tools portfolio, translating complex product capabilities into clear value propositions and user journeys, and driving cross-functional alignment across Product, UX, Sales, Enablement, and Operations to improve seller and marketer productivity and accelerate revenue growth. This role has solid collaboration with Product Managers and Marketing partners, leading thoughtful go-to-mark strategies, defining appealing product positioning and influencing customer-centric roadmaps.
We are looking for a product marketer with a proven record of successful partnerships with Engineering and PM teams. We seek someone with experience applying different customer listening approaches to influence product decisions. Finally, the ideal candidate must have the ability to define compelling and differentiated product positioning, serving as a beacon for our product value proposition inside the organization.
