Brady Corporation is seeking a Director, Product Marketing. This is a senior role driving market-led growth for North America across a multi-product, multi-industry portfolio. Positioned between Global Product Management, Operations, Sales, and Marketing, this leader converts complex solutions into compelling value propositions.
Leading a high-performing team, you will turn strategy, demand forecasts, and pricing into local momentum while tracking regional standards and competitor moves. Key duties include executing a regional marketing plan, aligning strategic sales, leading commercial launches, providing channel training, refining the buyer journey, and driving revenue, profitability, and market share through data-led initiatives and customer advocacy.
Qualifications
- Regional Plan & KPIs: Create and execute the regional product marketing plan while managing KPIs for revenue, margin, pipeline, and ROI.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor local competitors to build counter-strategies.
- Standards Monitoring: Track regional industry standards and regulations for compliance and market fit.
- Market-Led Growth: Design data-driven initiatives to expand market share and pipeline.
- Pricing: Optimize global pricing for the region.
- Launch Execution: Lead commercial product launches across all internal and external teams.
- Demand Forecasting: Provide field-based demand forecasts with operations and sales.
- Sales Alignment: Align global product plans with local revenue team priorities.
- Channel Enablement: Deliver training and tools to sales teams and channel partners.
- Buyer Experience: Optimize the end-to-end buying journey to reduce friction.
- Customer Advocacy: Develop customer case studies, references, and testimonials.
What You Will Need To Be Successful:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of progressive marketing experience, with a minimum of 5 years dedicated specifically to B2B product marketing leadership. Industrial distribution channel marketing experience (preferred).
- Industry Focus: Proven experience in complex business-to-business environments.
- Leadership Style: A collaborative leader who can drive alignment and lead cross-functional initiatives across a highly matrixed global footprint without direct authority.
- Technical Aptitude: Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to synthesize complex, technical information into clear, concise executive messaging.
- Travel: Ability to travel 20% to 40% to engage with regional sales teams, channel partners, and key customer accounts.
