This role is centered on defining what to build and why—partnering closely with engineering leaders who bring those ideas to life through delivery and execution.
You will be accountable for translating customer needs, business goals, and market insights into a product vision, roadmap, and prioritized build-ready work. Working side-by-side with engineering partners, you will ensure alignment between what we build and how it is delivered—balancing customer value, business impact, and technical considerations.
Fidelity Stock Plan Services (SPS) is Fidelity’s equity compensation administration services business, which is vertically integrated in the Workplace Investing (WI) division. Fidelity’s Stock Plan Services business manages relationships with external Plan Sponsors and their employees in 198 countries, including numerous S&P 500 companies, providing administrative support services for these clients and individual support and guidance to plan participants.
Our team is focused on delivering technology solutions that support equity compensation programs. We are transforming how these programs are managed through modern digital experiences that make it easier for plan sponsors and their associates to get the information and tools they need.
We are focused on creating self-service capabilities that give plan sponsors flexibility and control, while still offering support when it’s needed. This balanced approach helps differentiate our offerings and contributes to strong client satisfaction. We work closely with partners across business, technology, and operations to continuously enhance the experience and deliver meaningful impact.
Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
