Job Description

Authentication is shifting from static OTP delivery to
adaptive, risk-aware orchestration. This role will lead that transition and
define how Proximus Global competes in the next generation of trusted digital
interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Market
    & Customer Discovery:
    Engage directly with enterprise
    customers, developers, Sales, and GTM teams to identify authentication
    pain points, validate product direction, and translate market needs into
    scalable platform capabilities.
  • Own
    Strategy:
    Define and execute a multi-year strategy for
    Verification & Authentication across Verify API, MFA, Silent
    Verification, Push, Passwordless, and emerging authentication models.
  • Future
    Vision:
    Anticipate market shifts (passkeys, device-bound
    credentials, telco signals, AI-driven fraud) and define where we invest
    next.
  • People
    Leadership:
    Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers;
    set clear priorities, raise the bar for product strategy and execution
    discipline, and build a culture of business ownership.
  • Developer-First
    Products:
    Lead API and SDK strategy with a strong focus on
    developer adoption, integration speed, and scalable usage expansion.
  • Fraud
    & Experience Balance:
    Evolve authentication decisioning and
    step-ups to reduce fraud while minimizing customer friction.
  • Business
    and Roadmap Ownership
    Own the business performance of the
    Verification & Authentication portfolio, including growth, margin,
    adoption, customer retention, and expansion. Build and prioritize a
    roadmap that balances revenue impact, platform resilience, and long-term innovation.
  • Technical
    Leadership:
    Partner with Engineering and Data Science to
    integrate risk signals, ML models, and adaptive authentication
    capabilities.
  • Measurement: Establish
    KPIs across fraud loss reduction, approval rates, step-up efficiency,
    developer activation, and margin contribution.
  • Experimentation
    at Scale:
    Drive structured experimentation to improve fraud
    outcomes and developer experience.
  • Executive
    Communication:
    Provide clear narratives on risk posture, customer
    impact, and commercial tradeoffs.
  • Cross-Functional
    Leadership:
    Align Sales, Engineering, Fraud Ops, Legal, and GTM
    teams to deliver global, scalable solutions.

Requirements

  • 10+
    years of Product Management experience with ownership of multi-team,
    platform-level initiatives.
  • Deep
    experience in Fraud, Trust & Safety, Identity, Payments, Fintech, or
    high-scale regulated platforms.
  • Experience
    translating fraud, authentication, or identity signals into
    customer-facing product capabilities and measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong
    technical fluency (APIs, SDKs, authentication technologies, ML model
    integration, data pipelines, experimentation frameworks).
  • Proven
    ability to build and scale developer-centric products.
  • Track
    record of defining and executing multi-year product strategies with
    measurable business impact.
  • Strong
    cross-organizational influence and executive-level communication skills.
  • High-agency
    leader who thrives in ambiguity and drives outcomes at scale.
  • Metrics-driven
    decision maker with strong product judgment.
  • MBA or
    strong commercial acumen is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s
    degree or equivalent practical experience required.
