Job Description

7-Eleven is an iconic family of brands with over 86,000 locations, surpassing every retailer in the world. We revolutionize convenience, restaurants and fuel through cutting edge innovation — working hard to be the customer's first choice. 7-Eleven empowers our employees to 'activate awesome' and make a meaningful impact in their stores and communities every day. If you're ready to grow, lead and make a difference, come join our team and help shape the future of convenience.

The Director, Digital Product Management, owns the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and delivery for the technology platforms that power the 7-Eleven store. This leader is accountable for the full experience across our Retail Information System (RIS), back-office capabilities (7BOSS), operations innovation tooling, and the broader portfolio of in-store digital systems — ensuring every capability we ship makes it simpler and faster for franchisees and store associates to run a great store.

This is a highly visible, cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of Digital, Operations, Merchandising, and Technology. The Director translates enterprise strategy and frontline needs into a clear, prioritized roadmap, and drives it from concept through adoption. Success is measured not by features delivered, but by the operational outcomes they create reduced labor burden in the store, faster and more accurate execution, higher franchisee satisfaction, and measurable business impact at scale across thousands of locations.

The role leads a team of product managers and partners closely with engineering, design, UX research, and field operations to build a modern, scalable store systems platform — modernizing legacy capabilities while introducing new ones. The Director is expected to be the enterprise voice of the store: deeply grounded in how stores actually operate, rigorous about evidence and data, and persuasive with senior leadership on where to invest, what to retire, and how to sequence change so the field can absorb it.

About 7-Eleven

7-Eleven introduced the world to convenience. And in return, the world made us the #1 convenience retailer. It started with a simple idea – give customers what they want, when and where they want it. That was 1927. And what started on a single ice dock in Dallas, Texas, has since grown to more than 70,000 locations in 18 countries around the globe. The idea may have been simple, but it started a retail revolution.
