The Director Product Management (m/f/d) – Customer Identity, Authentication & Loyalty Platform at SIXT will lead teams responsible for the core systems enabling every customer interaction. This role covers sign-up, login, authentication, identity verification, customer preferences, and the loyalty program platform. You will shape how millions of customers worldwide create, access, and engage with their SIXT account, the foundation of the post-booking experience. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You define and drive product strategy and roadmap for SIXT’s identity and authentication platform across all channels
• You own end-to-end sign-up and digital onboarding experience optimizing conversion at every step
• You lead integration and orchestration of third-party identity verification and KYC providers
• You build and operate SIXT’s loyalty program platform translating business requirements into scalable systems
• You collaborate with engineering to design secure, scalable identity systems compliant with data privacy and security standards
• You lead and develop a team of Product Managers creating an environment for innovation and growth

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience You bring 6+ years product management and 2+ years leadership experience in identity platforms and authentication systems
• Know-how You have deep understanding of authentication protocols, CIAM platforms, and tradeoffs between security and user experience
• Tools You have managed integrations with third-party identity and KYC providers and built orchestration layers
• Skills You understand frontend and backend architecture and provide insightful feedback on prototypes and APIs
• Motivation You lead with an AI-first mindset, leveraging modern AI tools in product development and team workflows
• Soft Skills You communicate complex technical concepts clearly, align cross-functional teams, and drive data-driven decisions
