For our Professional Tools business in Remscheid, we are looking for a Director Product Management (m/f/d) to join our team at the earliest possible date. In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for product strategy, portfolio management, and the development of the RIDGID, Klauke, and OEM product portfolios across Europe. You will lead a geographically distributed team of Product and Project Managers and work closely with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Sourcing, and Marketing Communications. In doing so, you will ensure that customer needs, market insights, and business priorities are translated into successful product strategies and sustainable growth.
You are a strategic leader with strong business acumen and a deep understanding of customers and markets. You thrive in complex environments, make sound decisions, and focus on delivering results. At the same time, you are passionate about developing people, building strong teams, and fostering collaboration across functions and regions.
