Develops and maintains Runbook and Playbook procedures to manage platform fixes and problem tasks. Plans, designs, acquires, implements, and manages all the elements comprising Information Technology (IT) infrastructure using a multi-phased Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) approach. Prioritizes incident management and production bug fixes. Assesses and determines project prioritization. Participates in strategic planning. Manages large, complex service activities or client relationships by defining customer standards and service level agreements. Provides accountability for the financial management/budgeting process.

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Applied Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Information Management, or a closely related field (or foreign education equivalent) and six (6) years of experience as a Director, Product Management (or closely related occupation) coordinating highly available production applications and infrastructure across distributed, mainframe, or AWS architectures in an Agile environment, using DataDog, Kibana, Grafana, Splunk, and Dynatrace.
Or, alternatively, Master’s degree in Applied Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Information Management, or a closely related field (or foreign education equivalent) and four (4) years of experience as a Director, Product Management (or closely related occupation) coordinating highly available production applications and infrastructure across distributed, mainframe, or AWS architectures in an Agile environment, using DataDog, Kibana, Grafana, Splunk, and Dynatrace.
