Job Location: Corona, CA 92881
Salary Range: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 SalaryThe Director of Product Configuration is responsible for managing large amounts of information for K&N, AEM, Airaid and Spectre. The job entails inserting, updating and maintaining accurate company data in K&N’s Business Management System (BMS). This position will supervise employees in the Product Configuration department.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Clearly communicate job expectations to data entry team while monitoring, appraising and reviewing their work.
Monitor various product status reports in BMS to prevent issues that impact product development, manufacturing, IT and sales.
Audit and assist with product application updates for K&N’s full line of products. This includes year, make and model changes.
Assist K&N’s Procurement Team to ensure raw materials and components are set up correctly not to impact production.
Compile and verify accuracy of all data to prepare it for computer entry in BMS.
Work with Manufacturing personnel to ensure all Relative Difficulty Factors in BMS are accurate.
Maintain accurate cost information for all raw and finished goods.
Maintain the integrity of K&N’s Cost Models
Contribute to uploading and updating the pricing of new and existing components/finished goods.
Upload K&N’s annual price changes/increases just after midnight on effective date to ensure all new pricing is in place before any electronic orders are placed.
Prepare, audit and upload month end Purchase Cost update file.
Utilizing the WERCS online system, submit all K&N Chemical finished goods for chemical assessment as required by our retail customers.
Improve results by participating and completing audits while identifying weaknesses or unapproved changes in BMS that impact the day-to-day operation.

QualificationsExperience, Skills & Education:
Experience managing and overseeing a data entry department.
Strong analytical skills.
Proficient in typing: speed and accuracy.
Familiar with Microsoft Outlook and Teams preferred.
Willingness to learn and adapt to K&N’s Business Management System (BMS).
Specialized attention to detail.
5+ years of experience in similar role preferred.
Additional Qualities Necessary:
Must be well organized and demonstrate the ability to handle multiple duties and projects.
Ability to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Consistently demonstrate a positive company image to K&N customers.

- This is position may be remote from one of the following states (CA, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, MN, NC, NE, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, TX, UT, WI) or may work onsite at one of our office locations (Corona, CA; Riverside, CA; Grand Prairie, TX)
