The Director, Procurement Analytics is a key member of the Procurement Analytics team, leading a team of 4-8 analysts and providing support to the Global Procurement organization by managing large, often complex analytics projects and sourcing operations activities across The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC) and Cross Enterprise Procurement Group (CEPG).
What You’ll Do for Us:
Lead and participate in the development of analytical capabilities and digitization initiatives for the Global Procurement Analytics team.
Lead key analytics presentations and provide analytical rigor/technical expertise to improve decision-making for the sourcing events.
Support the Senior Director, Performance Evaluation & Sourcing Analytics in the implementation of strategic projects, financial analysis, and process improvements.
Provide regular, prioritized updates and escalated issues about operations to the Senior Director, Performance Evaluation & Sourcing Analytics.
Communicate key analytics insights by creating and delivering presentations to TCCC & CEPG teams in Procurement and other leaders across the organization and the System.
Collaborate with Procurement category leaders to build an understanding of category strategy, supplier markets, and processes.
Drive optimization of procurement data and reporting, visualizations, and automation.
Drive the implementation of procurement processes related to master data management, and procurement tools (e.g. SAP, Ariba, CLM, Aptus, Spend Database).
Lead and document sourcing events (e.g. RFP, RFI) through E-Sourcing tool management (i.e. develop bid sheets and cost model, configure E-Sourcing event settings).
Strategically align with category managers to ensure compliance with sourcing requirements and data best practices.
Prepare and lead key analytics presentations, providing analytical rigor and technical expertise to improve decision-making.
Provide coaching and guidance to new analysts in the Analytics team and support process improvements by acting as a subject matter expert on CEPG sourcing policies, processes, and systems.
What We’re Looking For:
10+ years of working experience.
Previous work experience in finance, engineering, business, and/or supply chain
Bachelor’s degree in finance, engineering, business, or supply chain; advanced degree preferred
Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of RDBMS (via SQL) concepts
Data visualization and storytelling expertise
Experience with process optimization and creating efficiencies in managing various processes.
SAP, Ariba, and E-Sourcing expertise and experience preferred
Project management experience in digitization initiatives is a plus
