Directeur Banque Privée - Province de Liège

Une journée type dans la vie d’un Directeur Banque Privée

• Manager une équipe locale de 9 Private Bankers.
• Représenter l'organisation ING Private Banking au niveau local, aussi bien en interne qu'auprès de nos partenaires externes.
• Piloter les synergies inter-départements et inter-segments, notamment : Business Banking, Personal Banking, ainsi que les réseaux d'agents indépendants et statutaires.
• Assurer la performance commerciale de votre équipe.
• Gérer un portefeuille personnel de clients et contribuez aux résultats de votre équipe.
• Incarner la stratégie et assurer son déploiement opérationnel.

L'équipe Private Banking South Centre réunit 58 experts - dont 35 Private Bankers, 7 Portfolio Managers, 8 Sales and Services Officers, 3 Team Leaders, 1 Sales Manager et 3 Wealth and Analysis Planners - tous engagé(e)s dans le succès commercial et la satisfaction de nos clients. Notre équipe s'intègre au sein d'une structure globale de 300 collaborateurs en Belgique.
Acteur clé du notre Universal Banking, ING Private Banking accompagne aujourd'hui 30 000 familles à travers le pays.

A day in the life of a Director Private Banking region Liège

• You coach a local team of around 9 private bankers.
• You represent the ING Private Banking organization locally, both internally and externally.
• You are steering the synergies with other departments and segments from your area: business banking, independent agents and statutory agents, personal banking…
• You are responsible for the commercial performance of your team.
• You manage a personal portfolio of clients and contribute to the results of your team.
• You embrace the strategy and drive implementation on the field with your team

The team

The private banking team in South Centre is actually consists of 35 Private Bankers, 7 Portfolio Managers, 8 Sales and Services Officers , 3 teams leaders, 1 Sales Manager, 3 Wealth and Analysis planners, all contributing to commercial success and Customer Satisfaction. The team is integrated in a global team of around 300 persons in Belgium, as part of our Universal Bank. ING Private Banking is managing the assets of 30.000 families in Belgium.
