
The Director of Pre-Construction and Development will lead the department in estimating, budgeting, scheduling, procurement planning, and client collaboration to ensure projects are accurately scoped, competitively priced, and strategically positioned for successful execution. This role will be accountable for developing and maintaining a historical database to better provide cost and schedule estimates for future projects. This Director will have responsibility for establishing relationships with business leaders across the organization, understanding key business drivers and partnering with other stakeholders and development professionals to formulate financial and operational needs analysis in both short- and long-term construction-based plans.
