As data sources, business channels, and external partnerships expand—ranging from biomarker testing and early discontinuation to charge back ‑driven sales channels and bespoke data partnerships—OAG requires an experienced, strategic leader to help integrate, simplify, and scale its analytics ecosystem while enabling executional excellence.
WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE
The Director, Portfolio Acceleration - OAG Data Analytics serves as a critical bridge between business strategy, advanced analytics, and Salesforce CRM enablement. Sitting within Portfolio Acceleration and closely aligned to the Oncology Accounts Group, this role is responsible for shaping a cohesive, metrics‑driven narrative across OAG and partnering functions, while ensuring data platforms, dashboards, and tools are accurate, actionable, and scalable. The role also represents OAG holistically within Global Salesforce LFC CRM governance, translating evolving business needs into clearly defined requirements and influencing global development priorities.

HOW YOU WILL ACHIEVE IT
Optimize engagement-based analytics platforms, key metrics and associated resources
Migrate existing Power BI dashboards to Vesta CRM.
Support development of agile, scalable, and cost-efficient analytics capabilities.
Collaborate with KAM, KAD TL Analytics Lead, and OAG LT to instill metrics-driven culture and consistent narrative creation across OAG functional roles.
Evaluate Portfolio Acceleration-owned OAG resources & tools to propose solutions for consolidation & prioritization
Inventory all existing dashboards and technical platforms (technical resources).
Conduct SME interviews to process map end user workflows and utilization of technical resources.
Create red/yellow/green dashboard of what’s working / not working for every category.
Align with OAG on consolidated, enhanced future state set of technical resources and recommended SOPs.
Lead Global salesforce LFC CRM workstream for OAG, OPN, and PA
Inform Global CRM on OAG needs.
Educate global CRM workstream on current OAG CRM capabilities.
Represent OAG, OPM, and PA holistically on monthly CFC KAM Governance Committee.
Act as direct liaison between Global, OAG, OPM, and PA for all Salesforce LFC-related workstreams and analysis.
Advise on Salesforce development leveraging Vesta Product Manager expertise.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must-Have
Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with at least 8+years ofexperience.
Experience in consulting, finance, HIT or market analytics.
External customer facing experience.
Deep working knowledge and experience with OAG platforms and tools, including Connexus, PLI metric reporting, AIM, QIIR, GPO Dashboard, and Vesta Global CRM.
Hands‑on technical capability to build and optimize analytics solutions (e.g., Power BI dashboards, CRM workflows).
Proven track record as a trusted thought partner, influencing outcomes without formal authority.
Strong customer understanding of healthcare and oncology workflows, with the ability to translate real‑world customer needs into analytics and executional solutions.
Experience framing, designing, and executing solutions for complex, ambiguous business challenges.
Entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrated intellectual curiosity, creativity, and drive to raise the bar on quality and impact.
Nice-to-Have
M aster's degree with at least 7+years of experience; ORa PhD with 5+ yearsof experience, OR a MDwith4+ years of experience
Oncology or specialty commercial experience strongly preferred.
Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
