Director, POM Product Management

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Director to join our Fund Services team. This role is located in Dublin, Ireland.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Lead product development and strategy for large and/or complex products, typically within high-growth product areas.
• Apply fully developed core expertise in industry trends, market segments, and competitor profiles.
• Utilize experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies to guide product initiatives.
• Direct the overall product strategy for the organization.
• Manage and guide the product management team with subject matter expertise, experience, and thought leadership.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure product strategy aligns with company goals.
• Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for product initiatives.
• Develop and execute product launch and go-to-market strategies.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• Demonstrated ability in product development and delivery, with a proven track record in defining successful product constructs and delivering a product roadmap.
• Prior experience in the financial industry is preferred.
• A balance of technical knowledge and business acumen, with proven success in launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams and/or working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and product development teams.
• High proficiency in OKR, Design Thinking, Event Storming, prototyping, iterative development, Scrum, and Agile product development methodologies.
