INVISTA is seeking a Director, Point-of-View (POV) SBD to join our team! The Director, POV SBD will play a critical role in shaping INVISTA's long-term growth strategy by developing and maintaining market points of view, leading economic and financial analysis, and driving strategic initiatives from evaluation through execution. This role serves as a strategic advisor to business and executive leadership, helping inform decisions regarding growth investments, portfolio optimization, partnerships, acquisitions, and other value-creating opportunities.
The successful candidate will combine market insight, economic thinking, and sound business judgment to identify opportunities and risks across the value chain. This individual will work closely with commercial, operations, finance, and business leaders to develop strategic recommendations and align resources to capture long-term value. The ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial mindset, intellectual curiosity, strong analytical skills, adaptability, and the ability to influence decisions across a complex organization.
