Performs business analysis and manages the product development lifecycle, leveraging DrawIO and Scrum tools including JIRA, Miro, and MS Teams. Works with multiple product stakeholders and end client consumers across business units to determine priority needs and provide the most impactful solutions. Creates and sustains an innovative, agile environment using the Agile framework for fundamental concepts of adaptive planning, value-driven development, team collaboration, and frequent feedback for continuous improvement. Uses scrum framework to allow teams to work on complex projects and delivers high-value products by approaching problems adaptively.
Primary Responsibilities:
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or a closely related field (or foreign education equivalent) and six (6) years of experience as a Director, Platform Product Management (or closely related occupation) performing business and systems analysis -- leading business definition, requirements gathering, story writing, and performing User Acceptance testing (UAT) -- within an institutional and retail brokerage environment.
Or, alternatively, Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or a closely related field (or foreign education equivalent) and four (4) years of experience as a Director, Platform Product Management (or closely related occupation) performing business and systems analysis -- leading business definition, requirements gathering, story writing, and performing User Acceptance testing (UAT) -- within an institutional and retail brokerage environment.

Salary: $139,318.00 to $169,000.00/year.

Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues.
