  • Support inforce management of existing PRT business including but not limited to deferred liability model onboarding, buy-in to buy-out conversion, and annual true-ups.
  • Support an inclusive, high-performance, and risk-aware environment that empowers others, encourages innovation and continuous improvement, and reflects Athene’s BEAM values.

  • Proven success improving actuarial models, pricing frameworks, controls, or processes, with a bias for action, adaptability, creativity, and willingness to challenge established approaches and learn quickly.
  • Strong technology and AI fluency, including the judgment to identify where advanced analytics, automation, or AI can enhance actuarial analysis, scenario testing, model review, and decision support while maintaining appropriate governance.
