We are seeking a full time Director of Permanency Services to add to our team! The ideal candidate would have a Master’s degree in the human services field with at least five years of experience supervising a team working within child welfare. The applicant will demonstrate a passion for serving children and families and being able to connect deeply to the respective community for which this position will serve. We will teach you the rest!
A Day in The Life as a Director, Permanency Services
As a Director of Permanency Services, you will provide support to Permanency Supervisors, Permanency Case Managers, and Permanency Support Workers working with children, parents, and families to help ensure that children can safely thrive in their home environments. This position reports to the Vice President of Permanency and will have responsibility for staff leadership, program performance outcomes and critical tasks, and community relationships.
