The Director, Performance & Capability Designisan integral member of DaVita’s Learning & Development Center of Excellence (CoE) in Wisdom The Director will manage a group of Learning Design & Development specialists to work collaboratively with business leaders, subject matter experts (SMEs), key stakeholders, program owners, and other learning professionals to design and develop innovative learning solutions that leverage a combination of learning modalities to maximize the learner experience, learning effectiveness, and business impact. This position performs and oversees a challenging range of complex activities including team leadership, workforce planning, advanced learning consultation, and human-centered instructional design for instructor-led, digital, and blended solutions for a range of learners in a global health workforce.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Manage the operations and performance of the Design &developmentTeamEnsure required capabilities are in place to deliver high quality, consistent learning solutions
2.Manage prioritization, capacity, andutilizationof Design & Development resources
3Partner withProgram Ownersto create training experiences that drive capability development and business outcomes
4Provides advanced consultation services to identifyappropriate learningmodalities and methods to best servedifferent typesof learners
5.Define common standards and templates for each modality to standardizeCoElearning assets
6Other duties as assigned.

The Salary Range for the role is $115,000.00 - $183,000.00 per year.
