We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Director People & Culture – Global Operations HUB to build and lead our existing P&C teams and the new global P&C operational HUB based in Budapest for our brand MiniCRM.
This role is critical in establishing a high-performing HR operations environment that supports global teams with efficient, scalable, and people-centered processes. The Director will lead the setup and continuous development of the HUB, manage regional HR teams in Hungary and Romania, and ensure operational excellence across the employee lifecycle.
The ideal candidate combines strong operational HR expertise with leadership capabilities, international experience, and a passion for building structures, teams, and scalable processes.
Global P&C Operations HUB Leadership
Build, develop, and lead the Global P&C Operations HUB in Budapest
Define and implement the operational strategy, processes, and service standards for global HR administration
Establish scalable and efficient HR operational procedures across international teams
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence within the HUB
HR Operations & Administration
Oversee global P&C administrative processes including:
Employee data management in HRIS systems
Contract and document administration
Onboarding and offboarding processes
Employee lifecycle administration
P&C compliance and documentation
Ensure data accuracy, process consistency, and legal compliance across regions
Act as process owner for P&C operational workflows and governance
Leadership & Team Management
Lead and further develop P&C operational teams for our HUB and the existing team in Hungary and Romania
Foster a collaborative, service-oriented, and high-performance culture
Define KPIs and monitor operational performance and service quality
Support and manage all topics around labor law
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate closely with global P&C Business Partners, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business leaders
Serve as key contact for HR operational topics across international teams
Support transformation and change initiatives related to P&C operations and systems
Systems & Process Excellence
Drive optimization and standardization of HRIS and administrative processes
Partner with system owners and IT teams to improve automation and user experience
Monitor operational risks and ensure adherence to policies and regulations
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5 years of leadership experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or People Operations
Strong expertise in HR administration, HRIS systems, and employee lifecycle processes
Strong process mindset with hands-on experience building scalable operational workflows from scratch
Strong project management and organizational skills
Experience working in an international and fast-paced environment
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to lead through change and scale organizations
Fluent in Englis and Hungarian; additional Eastern European language skills are a plus
