
The Los Angeles Football Club (LAFC) is an MLS soccer club serving the greater Los Angeles area. The Director, Partnership Success, will lead the strategic management, activation, retention, and growth of a portfolio of LAFC corporate partnerships representing approximately $8 million to $10 million in annual revenue. Serving as the primary relationship owner for assigned partners, this individual will develop a deep understanding of each partner’s business objectives, ensure the successful execution of all contractual assets, and proactively identify opportunities to optimize partnership value throughout the relationship.
The ideal candidate is a strategic, commercially minded partner and leader, who combines exceptional relationship management with operational excellence. This individual will be expected to anticipate partner needs, develop creative solutions, identify incremental revenue opportunities, and meet or exceed established retention, renewal, and upsell goals. Furthermore, this individual must be results driven having a partner-first mentality, strong executive presence, attention to detail, and the ability to turn partnership deliverables into impactful programs and long-term revenue growth for the Club.
This position includes a base salary with competitive commission opportunities tied to renewal and incremental revenue performance.
This role reports to the VP, Corporate Partnerships.
LAFC is currently operating on a hybrid work model with a minimum of 2 in-office days per week. Please note that this may vary by role, and your scheduled in-office days are up to the discretion of your supervisor.

SALARY RANGE
At LAFC, we carefully consider a wide range of factors to determine a fair and equitable compensation package. The final offer amount will consider a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to skill sets; relevant experience and training. Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure guidelines, the compensation for this role is $100,000 per year. This position is an exempt position with additional compensation available through competitive commission opportunities.
