Help shape our next chapter of Paid Social
As a Director in our Paid Social team, you will hold a pivotal role. You will have overall professional responsibility for our largest and most complex clients in Norway. While remaining operational on the most strategic projects, a significant part of your day will involve ensuring high quality across the team, driving innovation, and streamlining our processes.
You will collaborate with talented colleagues across offices and borders, playing a vital role in elevating both the team and the field.
Your responsibilities will include:
Strategic Partner: Acting as the right hand to the Head of Paid Social in developing the department and our service offerings.
Operational Excellence: Executing and optimizing your own client portfolio, with responsibility for everything from strategy to daily platform management.
Professional Beacon: Ensuring s360 remains at the forefront of methodology, tools, and platform developments (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Smartly.io).
Quality Assurance: Developing and implementing best practices, frameworks, and standards for campaign setup and reporting.
Creative/Technical Bridge: Connecting data and technical insights with creative execution to maximize the impact of every budget spent.
Mentoring: Serving as a professional mentor for seniors and specialists, contributing to a culture of continuous learning.
Business Development: Assisting in pitch processes and identifying new growth opportunities for our existing clients.
Networking: Representing s360 in external professional forums and strengthening collaboration with partners like Meta and Snapchat.
Meet your new team in Oslo
You will become part of a group of motivated specialists from diverse international backgrounds. We bring different experiences and perspectives to the table, but we all work toward the same goal: constantly improving and providing the best possible results for our clients. In your day-to-day, you will work closely with six other specialists in the Norwegian Paid Social team.
At the Oslo office you will work alongside 35 great colleagues. It is a vibrant space shared with specialists in Paid Search, Programmatic, Creative, Programmatic and SEO, which makes for a very dynamic and flexible atmosphere. We really enjoy learning from each other across different fields and locations, as it helps us see the bigger picture and grow together every day.
A hands-on Paid Social expert with a creative edge
You likely have 5+ years of experience with paid social media, preferably from an agency background, and are ready for more responsibility. You thrive at the intersection of deep technical insight, creative development, and high-level business understanding.
We know that over half of the results in social media are driven by creativity. Therefore, we are looking for a Lead who doesn't just understand the numbers but has a genuine interest in the creative side.
We are looking for someone who:
Has solid experience with tools like Facebook Ads Manager, Smartly.io, and ideally advanced use of third-party data.
Is a natural authority in the field—the person others turn to for advice and guidance.
Has commercial acumen and understands how Paid Social integrates into a broader marketing mix.
Loves the craft and still enjoys "getting their hands dirty" in the platforms. You find joy in seeing the direct impact of the choices you make in Business Manager, TikTok Ads, or Smartly.
Provides qualified, creative recommendations to clients and content producers based on platform requirements and best practices.
Is structured, proactive, and thrives on managing multiple parallel projects.
Is a confident communicator who can explain complex strategies in a simple, convincing way to both C-level management and specialists.
Can dive deep into data and insights to explain what works and what needs adjustment.
