
Director, Outpatient Mental Health Service
Saint Vincent's Hospital Westchester is looking for a Director of Outpatient Mental Health Services. The OMHS Director oversees the daily operations of a mental health clinic that services people of all ages, with a wide array of diagnoses, including co-occurring SUDs and medical conditions. With a proven history of administrative and clinical experience in behavioral health, the Director provides leadership, supervision, and guidance for all clinic staff, including support staff, coordinators, therapists, psychiatrists, and NPs. The Director works closely with other hospital departments as well as outside providers to foster effective partnerships and collaboration, and to facilitate rapid access to care.
Key additional responsibilities include oversight of a CCBHC SAMHSA grant and the implementation of all critical functions associated with the grant, the development and implementation of program and hospital quality improvement initiatives, ensuring regulatory and billing compliance, management of budget and productivity targets, and the fostering of a positive environment of care for both patients and staff.
