AsDirector Oreo Equity, you willbe responsible fordriving cultural relevance through brand partnerships &serveas the lead for the OREO integrated agency team (IAT), delivering omnichannel campaigns and programsalong withdeveloping and executingOreobrand’sstrategies across equity, communication, and activation plans. This roleis responsible forsupporting category P&L delivery by driving improved investment ROI, increased brand health metrics, and efficient execution ofintegrated mediacampaigns andpartnerships This will require managing an external agency ecosystem to drive creative excellence and collaborating with the cross functional community to drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated communication, activation, and media plans, maximizing Media ROI, working with internal and external media partners

  • Demonstrate creative communication excellence through deeply understanding consumer behavior, trends & relevant moments in cultureand translating this understanding to create aconsistentand uniquebrand voice across allconsumertouchpoints

  • Work with internal and external partners (e.g., I&A, Nielsen, Agencies) toidentifybrand and category trends to inform brand health and communications strategy

  • Partner with Consumer Insights to deliver key communications/media testing, measurement, and on-going optimization

  • Proactivelyleverageopportunities for brand/celebrity/property partnerships &collaborations

  • Partnereffectively with internal Oreo brand teams & agency partners to bring plans to life

  • Drive P&L / financial performance& A&C Budgetsby managing deployment ofOreomedia & agency budgets in line with target and making informed prioritizationdecisions

  • Build long term IMCstrategy along with leading& deploying in-year campaigns with excellence

What extra ingredients you will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business,Economicsetc.). MBA preferred.

  • Minimum of10+years of experience in category management within the CPG industry

  • Relevant experience in comms & Equity along withexperience of working with agencies

Salary and Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is $142,700 to $235,455; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results and eligibility to participate in our long-term incentive program.
In
addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time.
