As the Director Operations EU, you will occupy a pivotal leadership role as the executive head of the EU Operations team, a key member of our global operations leadership and the EU Management Team. Your mission is to architect, guide, and scale the EU Operations team in a sustainable and personable manner. In this executive capacity, you will serve as the primary operational point of contact and strategic director for our EU site.

Our Operations team is responsible for building, testing, packaging, and shipping OnLogic technology around the world. Their tireless attention to detail, and commitment to quality lets us boast about how reliable and configurable our systems are. Members of the Operations team cross-train on multiple disciplines to provide us with unparalleled staffing flexibility and the capability to react to any manufacturing demand. Always living up the way we work through operational excellence, Operations is where project plans and technical specifications become a reality. Roles within the Operations team include computer production tech, warehouse and logistics, supply chain management, customer and supplier quality engineering, manufacturing engineering and technical support.

The salary range for this role is € 9.000,- to € 11.000,- per month. We determine final compensation based on discussions with applicants and their experience in similar roles.
