As Director Operations, you are responsible for scaling IronMaxx’s operational setup across Europe and international markets. You lead all core operational functions through your leadership team and ensure that our Supply Chain, Forecasting, Logistics, Quality, and Regulatory operations perform at the highest level.
You combine strategic thinking with a strong hands-on mentality and build scalable structures that enable fast growth, operational efficiency, and reliable execution across all channels and markets.

Operational & Strategic Leadership

• Overall responsibility for Operations including Supply Chain, Forecasting, Logistics, Quality Management, and Regulatory Affairs
• Leadership and development of the operational leadership team, including Head of Forecasting and Head of Logistics Europe
• Define and drive IronMaxx’s international operations strategy across EU / UK / MEA markets
• Build scalable processes, structures, and decision-making frameworks to support international growth
• Ensure operational readiness and alignment with commercial growth targets across all business areas
• Drive operational performance with a strong focus on scalability, efficiency, service level, and profitability
• Ownership of operational KPIs, inventory health, service performance, and cost optimization initiatives
• Establish transparent reporting structures and data-driven performance management across Operations
• Drive the further development of operational systems and planning tools (SAP Business One, Streamline, BI tools, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements across all operational areas

Cross-functional Management & Business Steering

• Close collaboration with CEO and leadership team on growth strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and international expansion
• Translate business goals into clear operational priorities and execution plans
• Build a high-performance, accountability-driven, and data-focused Operations culture
• Ensure strong collaboration between Operations, Sales, eCommerce, Product Development, Finance, and Procurement
• Lead transformation projects, process improvements, and implementation of new operational structures and systems
• Act as the central escalation and decision-making instance for major operational topics

Leadership

• Lead, coach, and develop operational leaders and teams across multiple functions and international interfaces
• Create clear ownership, fast decision-making processes, and scalable operational structures
• Promote transparency, continuous improvement, and execution excellence across the organization

Dein Skillset - stark wie unser Protein

• 10+ years of leadership experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Procurement within international and fast-paced environments
• Strong background in FMCG industries such as Food & Nutrition, Retail / eCommerce, Pharmaceuticals, Cosmetics, or Fashion
• Proven track record in scale-ups or high-growth companies with responsibility for operational scalability, service performance, and cost optimization
• Experience in leading international teams and cross-functional operational projects
• Strong understanding of end-to-end operational and supply chain processes
• Confident use of ERP and planning systems such as SAP Business One, Streamline, and BI tools
• High digital affinity and data-driven mindset
• Hands-on mentality combined with strong execution and change management capabilities
• Business fluent in English
