
Key Responsibilities
1. Wellness Vision & Strategy
- Define and execute a comprehensive wellness strategy aligned with Regent’s ultra-luxury positioning
- Develop a signature wellness philosophy unique to the property and its destination
- Position wellness as a core pillar of the guest experience, not a standalone facility
- Continuously evolve offerings based on global wellness trends and guest insights
2. Spa & Wellness Operations
- Oversee all wellness facilities including spa, fitness, pools, wellness suites, and holistic therapy spaces
- Ensure exceptional service delivery, ambience, and attention to detail across all wellness touchpoints
- Maintain world-class standards in treatment protocols, hygiene, and guest care
- Drive innovation in treatment menus, therapies, and wellness journeys
3. Holistic Programming & Experiences
- Curate immersive wellness programs (e.g., sleep, mindfulness, detox, longevity, movement, nutrition)
- Introduce destination-inspired and culturally rooted wellness experiences
- Develop multi-day wellness retreats and bespoke guest journeys
- Integrate wellness into other resort experiences (F&B, rooms, recreation, etc.)
4. Commercial & Financial Performance
- Drive revenue and profitability across spa, wellness programs, and retail
- Develop pricing strategies, packages, and membership programs
- Optimize productivity, cost control, and yield management
- Identify new revenue streams (retreats, partnerships, branded experiences)
5. Talent & Culture
- Build and lead a high-performing team of therapists, wellness experts, and fitness professionals
- Attract top-tier global talent in wellness disciplines
- Foster a culture of care, authenticity, and intuitive service
- Lead training, certification, and continuous development programs
6. Guest Experience & Personalization
- Deliver deeply personalized wellness journeys tailored to individual guest needs
- Engage with VIP guests and long-stay clientele
- Integrate wellness preferences into guest profiles and pre-arrival planning
- Monitor feedback and continuously refine experiences
7. Brand & Partnerships
- Collaborate with luxury wellness brands, practitioners, and experts
- Introduce visiting specialists, residencies, and exclusive collaborations
- Ensure alignment with Regent brand standards and storytelling
- Position the property as a leading wellness destination in the market
8. Sustainability & Wellbeing Integration
- Embed sustainability into wellness offerings (organic products, ethical sourcing, eco-conscious design)
- Promote holistic wellbeing for both guests and colleagues
- Align wellness initiatives with broader ESG goals
9. Marketing & Positioning
- Work with Sales & Marketing to position wellness as a key differentiator
- Support PR, influencer engagement, and wellness-focused campaigns
- Drive visibility through awards, certifications, and global recognition

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Wellness Management, or related field
- 10–15 years of experience in luxury wellness/spa operations, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role
- Experience in ultra-luxury hotels, resorts, or standalone wellness destinations
- Certifications in wellness/spa management or holistic therapies (preferred)
Preferred Experience
- Pre-opening of luxury wellness facilities or integrated resorts
- Experience with globally recognized wellness brands or practitioners
- Exposure to wellness programming and concepts
