Pilgrim Place is seeking an experienced healthcare leader to serve as our Director of Wellness & Assisted Living. This role offers the opportunity to shape innovative, person-directed care programs while leading a dedicated interdisciplinary team in a mission-driven senior living community.
Lead wellness and assisted living services that directly impact resident quality of life
Influence organizational strategy and operational excellence
Work collaboratively with executive leadership and clinical teams
Support a culture centered on dignity, respect, and successful aging
Oversee Assisted Living, Memory Care, Wellness Clinic, and Activities
Guide resident assessments and care decisions
Ensure compliance with RCFE and healthcare regulations
Lead, mentor, and develop department managers and staff
Manage budgets, staffing, and quality outcomes
Serve as a trusted partner to residents and families

Bachelor’s degree and licensed CA RN, LVN, or LPN
5+ years healthcare leadership experience
Strong knowledge of assisted living regulations
Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and drive results
