Eliot is looking for a Director of Urgent Care to lead services within our Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) Urgent Care team.
The ideal candidate for the Director of Urgent Care is a licensed behavioral health professional with substantial supervisory experience in crisis services. They will bring strong clinical leadership, a deep understanding of mental health systems and services, and the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams in delivering strengths-based, community-oriented care. The candidate must demonstrate excellent communication, crisis management, and system coordination skills to ensure seamless service delivery.
