ABOUT
FUSION GROWTH PARTNERS
Fusion Growth Partners is a
dynamic business incubator and micro venture capital firm. We identify and
invest in small, service-based businesses — particularly individual real estate
agents — who have a strong track record but are often overlooked by traditional
investors.
Our unique “Partnership as a
Service” model involves investing heavily in our partners’ businesses to
significantly boost their clientele and scale their profits. Ranked #813 on the
Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies in America, Fusion offers an
unparalleled environment for high-performing leaders.
Our partners gain access to
sophisticated growth planning, a full suite of back-office services,
cutting-edge SaaS resources, and the dedicated support of our experienced team.
Fusion is the only company in the country offering these services with a compensation
structure specifically designed to accommodate the cash flow needs of real
estate agents.
THE ROLE
Fusion Growth Partners is
expanding. As part of our continued growth, we are launching Transaction
Coordination Services as a new offering within our full suite of partner
services — and we’re looking for the right leader to build and run it.
We are looking for a seasoned,
hands-on Director of Transaction Coordination Services to lead and own this new
national operation. This is a ground-floor leadership opportunity for someone
who has built and managed high-performing TC teams and understands the
complexity, pace, and precision that residential real estate transactions
demand.
This is an on-site leadership
role based at our Stuart, FL headquarters. You'll be embedded in our team,
working closely with leadership and your transaction coordination staff every
day.
You will be responsible for
overseeing the day-to-day operations of a large, distributed transaction
coordination team — including a robust network of virtual assistants —
supporting hundreds of thousands of real estate agents nationwide. Our model operates
on a national scale, and this role is central to making that work. This is not
a behind-the-desk management role — we need a leader who is in the weeds,
coaching their team, solving problems in real time, and driving operational
excellence across the board.
WHAT
YOU’LL DO
•
Lead, manage, and develop a large team of transaction
coordinators and virtual assistants across multiple markets and time zones
•
Oversee the full transaction coordination lifecycle
from contract to close for residential real estate clients, supporting hundreds
of thousands of agents nationwide through a virtual assistance model
•
Manage and optimize the performance of a distributed VA
workforce, including hiring, training, quality control, and accountability
systems
•
Build and refine scalable processes, workflows, and
SOPs to support team performance and consistent client experience
•
Monitor team performance metrics, identify gaps, and
implement coaching and training programs
•
Serve as the escalation point for complex or
time-sensitive transactions, providing hands-on support when needed
•
Collaborate with Fusion’s leadership team to align TC
operations with partner growth goals
•
Recruit, onboard, and retain top TC talent as the team
expands
•
Stay current on state-specific real estate compliance
requirements and ensure team adherence
•
Report regularly to senior leadership on team KPIs,
capacity, and operational health
WHAT
WE’RE LOOKING FOR
•
A hands-on leader who is in the weeds with their team —
you coach, you problem-solve, and you lead by example
•
Exceptionally strong organizational and communication
skills — you can manage complexity at scale without losing the details
•
Someone who thrives in high-growth, fast-changing
environments where processes are still being built
•
A systems thinker who can identify inefficiencies and
build scalable solutions
•
High accountability — you own outcomes, not just
activities
REQUIREMENTS
•
5+ years of experience in residential real estate
transaction coordination, with at least 3 years in management or leadership
role
•
Proven track record managing large teams (10+ TCs) in a
fast-paced, high-volume environment
•
Deep expertise in the full transaction coordination
process, including contract review, contingency management, title/escrow
coordination, and closing procedures
•
Experience managing or overseeing virtual assistants in
a remote or distributed team environment
•
Experience building or overhauling TC systems, tools,
and workflows
•
Proficiency with real estate transaction management
platforms (e.g., Dotloop, SkySlope, Command, or similar)
•
Must be based in or near the Stuart,
FL area
COMPENSATION
& BENEFITS
•
Base salary: $90,000 – $120,000 annually, commensurate
with experience
•
Health, Dental, Vision, 401K
•
Paid time off and holidays
•
Growth opportunity within a nationally ranked,
fast-scaling organization
•
Collaborative, mission-driven team culture
