Director of Training
Toledo, Ohio
We’re hiring a Director of Training who wants meaningful leadership opportunities, professional growth, and a schedule that supports work-life balance.
You’ll step into a leadership role focused on developing employee training programs, strengthening workforce performance, and building a people-first, trauma-responsive workplace culture. You’ll have the autonomy to shape training strategy while collaborating with organizational leadership to support employee development and organizational success.

- Lead organization-wide training and development initiatives
- Oversee Relias LMS and continuing education programs
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and leadership development
- Manage training compliance, audits, and CARF requirements

What makes you a great fit
- You hold a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or have at least 3 years of relevant experience
- 3+ years of healthcare experience is preferred
- Training, project management, and leadership experience are preferred
- You’re familiar with CARF standards and learning management systems
- You have strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- You’re passionate about employee development and trauma-informed practices
- You hold a valid driver’s license and can travel between agency locations
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $65,000–$90,000, based on experience
