The Director of TPA Operations and Business Transformation will provide leadership over administration operations while also driving process development, operational excellence, automation, organizational effectiveness, and scalable growth across the TPA organization. The position combines accountability for day-to-day operational performance with responsibility for business transformation initiatives that improve efficiency, customer experience, compliance, and profitability.
How You Will Contribute:
Operational Leadership: Provide strategic and operational leadership for all TPA administration functions, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, quality, compliance, and achievement of businessobjectives
Process Development and Continuous Improvement: Lead the standardization and optimization of operational processes to improve efficiency, consistency, productivity, and customer experience. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Business Transformation and Organizational Effectiveness: Drive strategic transformation initiatives that support organizational growth, scalability, and long-term success. Lead change management efforts and develop future-state operating models that enhance organizational effectiveness.
Technology, Automation, and Analytics: Champion technology-enabled solutions, automation initiatives, and data-driven decision-making. Leverage analytics and operational insights to improve performance, streamline workflows, and support businessobjectives
Vendor, Network and Business Partner Management: Manage relationships with vendors, strategic partners, and network organizations to ensure service excellence, operational alignment, contractual compliance, and achievement of business goals.
Performance Management and Governance:Establishand monitor performance metrics, governance frameworks, and operational controls to ensure accountability, regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and continuous achievement of service and financial targets.
Cross Functional Leadership: Collaborate with leaders across various functions to drive strategic initiatives, improve organizational performance, and support overall businessobjectives
Skills & Experience to be Successful:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration ora relatedfield.
10+ years of experience leading high performing operational teams.
Demonstrated success leading large-scale operational improvement, business transformation, or organizational effectiveness initiatives.
Pay Range
$170,000 - $170,000 Annual
The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
