You will serve as a key member of the interdisciplinary leadership team and support the development and success of therapy staff.Key Responsibilities· Lead daily operations of the therapy department, including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy services.· Ensure compliance with regulatory, reimbursement, and professional practice standards.· Monitor clinical outcomes, productivity, patient satisfaction, and quality measures.· Recruit, mentor, and develop therapy staff to achieve clinical and operational excellence.· Collaborate with facility leadership, physicians, nursing teams, and other interdisciplinary partners.· Manage staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and departmental performance initiatives.· Support census growth, admissions, and strategic rehabilitation programs.Education & Licensure Qualifications Current and unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist (PT), Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), in the state of practice.Graduate of an accredited therapy program.Leadership or management experience in a rehabilitation, skilled nursing, post-acute care, home health, or healthcare setting preferred.

Qualifications
