Investment Office General Overview
Mass General Brigham’s Investment Office manages more than $30 billion for MGB, invested primarily via partnerships with third-party investment management firms. Strategies in the portfolio include private equity, venture capital, long-only equities, long/short equities, and real assets investments. Our goal is to generate excellent long-term risk-adjusted returns to support MGB’s mission to improve the lives and health outcomes of patients globally.

The Investment Office seeks a highly motivated professional to be responsible for setting and executing the technology strategy for the Investment Office, enabling best-in-class investment decision-making, portfolio management, risk oversight, and operational efficiency. The Director of Technology partners closely with investment, operations, risk, and finance leadership to deliver secure, scalable, and data-driven technology platforms that support public and private market investing. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated record of academic achievement, success working in a team environment to achieve common goals, and familiarity with the workings of an institutional investment office.
