A Director of Technology and Innovation is responsible for leading the research, analysis, and recommendation of innovative technology solutions to enhance business operations and drive growth. This senior-level position involves staying ahead of technology trends, evaluating their potential impact, and overseeing the implementation of new technologies to ensure the company remains competitive and efficient. The role requires close collaboration with key stakeholders and the senior management team to align technology initiatives with business objectives. Experience within the multi-family housing industry is highly valued, as it provides insights into specific challenges and opportunities within this sector.

Our story began on December 27, 1972, when our Founder and Chairman, Nathan S. Collier, purchased a modest single duplex in Gainesville, Florida.
