Hickman Mills C-1 School District is seeking an experienced, forward-thinking Director of Technology to provide strategic leadership and hands-on technical direction for the District's technology operations, infrastructure, and enterprise systems. This individual will lead the planning, implementation, integration, cyber security, and ongoing support of technology systems that advance district operations, support teaching and learning, and ensure reliable, secure, and efficient technology services across all schools and departments.
The ideal candidate is both a technology leader and a technically capable problem-solver who understands the complexities of managing an enterprise-level technology environment. This position requires demonstrated experience leading technical teams, managing network and infrastructure operations, overseeing enterprise applications and system integrations, and developing sustainable technology solutions. The successful candidate will balance strategic planning with practical technical expertise, ensuring the District's technology environment is reliable, scalable, secure, and aligned with organizational priorities.
This position is compensated on the Director salary schedule with an annualized salary range of $88,230-$132,340, depending years of similar leadership experience.
