The Opportunity
We are seeking a Technology & Business Systems Leader to oversee and improve the organization’s business systems, automation initiatives, and internal technology operations.
This is a highly hands-on role focused on integrating systems, streamlining workflows, improving visibility into business performance, and helping leadership leverage technology to support growth.
You will be responsible for building, integrating, and optimizing systems while also serving as the internal technology resource for the organization. This role is ideal for someone who is entrepreneurial, enjoys solving problems, and wants to play a meaningful role in scaling a growing business. There is strong long-term growth potential into senior technology leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Business Systems & Integration
- Own and optimize core business platforms including Salesforce, HubSpot, QuickBooks, and related operational systems
- Design, implement, and manage integrations between systems using APIs, native integrations, and automation platforms
- Improve reporting, data flow, and visibility across business functions
- Ensure systems are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business needs
Workflow Automation & AI
- Identify manual processes and implement scalable automation solutions
- Build workflows using tools such as Zapier, Make, native integrations, and API-based automations
- Apply AI tools and emerging technologies to improve sales workflows, customer communication, operational efficiency, and internal processes
- Evaluate practical applications of automation and AI to support business growth
Technology Strategy
- Partner directly with leadership to identify opportunities to improve the business through technology
- Evaluate and implement systems and tools that increase efficiency, visibility, and scalability
- Help shape the long-term technology roadmap for the organization
Internal Technology Support
- Serve as the primary internal technology resource for employees and leadership
- Support onboarding, hardware/software setup, troubleshooting, and employee technology needs
- Manage user access, system reliability, software administration, and foundational security practices
Business Impact
- Help reduce manual work and improve operational accuracy
- Support scalable growth through improved systems and processes
- Increase visibility into business performance through better reporting and data management
- Contribute directly to operational efficiency and organizational success
Required Qualifications
Experience
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration, CRM optimization, and workflow automation
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms
- Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, and workflow automation
- Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or comparable integration platforms
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and accounting system integrations
- Experience improving business systems across multiple departments and functions
Technology & AI
- Experience implementing or working with AI tools in a business environment
- Ability to identify practical use cases for automation and AI to improve workflows and efficiency
Skills & Approach
- Strong ability to understand and improve business processes across departments
- Comfortable partnering with sales, operations, finance, and leadership teams

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $90,000 – $120,000 depending on experience
