 Lead and mentor a diverse team of engineering professionals, fostering a culture of 
innovation and excellence
• Oversee multiple complex engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and 
budget adherence
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to solve complex engineering challenges
• Manage departmental budgets and resources effectively
• Implement and maintain robust quality control processes and safety standards
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and 
partners

 

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) or related field; 
advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) preferred
• 10+ years of progressive experience in engineering roles, including significant time in 
senior management positions
• Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale, complex engineering projects
• Strong technical knowledge across multiple engineering disciplines
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop 
talent
