Director of Surgical Services

Fort Pierce, Florida

We’re hiring a Director of Surgical Services who wants executive-level impact, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to lead a large, high-acuity surgical program.

You’ll step into a hospital-based leadership role overseeing 13 operating rooms, 2 endoscopy suites, approximately 120 FTEs, and 30–35 cases per day. You’ll lead quality, staffing, budgeting, patient experience, regulatory compliance, and operational performance while reporting directly to the COO.

• You have recent Surgical Services Director experience
• You hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• A Master’s Degree is preferred
• You’re experienced leading complex acute-care surgical operations
• You excel at quality, staffing, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and patient throughput
• You value accountability, collaboration, and patient-centered care

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $157,705–$197,163
• Annual director bonus potential of 17.5% with up to 150% upside
