Design and operationalize a simplified, predictive Aircraft on Ground (AOG) model by mapping complex, cross-functional processes into clearly defined workflows, roles and responsibilities, and measurable KPIs—reducing unplanned aircraft downtime and improving speed, reliability, and decision-making across the organization. MOVE FROM REACTIVE TO PREDICTIVE.
The Director of Supply Chain Strategy & Analytics is responsible for designing and leading an integrated, predictive operating model that aligns maintenance demand with material availability to reduce Aircraft on Ground (AOG) risk and operational volatility. This role transforms the MRO supply chain from reactive expediting to a scheduled, forecast-driven system by connecting scheduled maintenance planning, unscheduled failure risk, and parts supply into a single, analytically grounded demand signal. Success requires simplifying complex, cross-functional processes, establishing clear governance and KPIs, while embedding analytics into daily operations, and partnering closely with Maintenance, Engineering, and Supply Chain leaders to proactively prevent AOG events and improve fleet availability.
