This Supply Chain Leader is a key member of the Food Service Leadership Team, responsible for translating business needs into actionable supply chain plans that support growth, service, and cost objectives and is also responsible for active project execution and hands on problem solving.
What You Will Do:
Business Unit Supply Chain Leadership
• Serve as the supply chain representative on the Business Unit Leadership Team.
• Support development and execution of the business unit supply chain strategy.
• Contribute to decision-making by providing insights on service, cost, and operational trade-offs.
Supply Chain Coordination & Execution
• Coordinate across planning, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and commercialization teams to ensure execution of priorities.
• Partner with enterprise supply chain functions to align on plans and resolve constraints.
• Maintain visibility to key initiatives and ensure follow-through on commitments.
• Leads the development and execution of the Supply Chain solution for new products including site selection, capital spend, COGS build up.
• Leads the development and execution of platform capacity initiatives to ensure they meet the business needs, including leading the capital request and approval process. Works closely with enterprise supply planning team in these endeavors.
• Works with R&D, Engineering, FSQ, Mfg, etc. around technical/ process feasibility and validation.
Innovation & Commercialization Support
• Support supply chain execution of innovation and renovation initiatives.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet operational requirements.
• Is the Global Supply Chain lead with the Stage Gate Process.
Cost & Productivity Execution
• Identify and implement cost savings and efficiency opportunities within the business unit.
• Partner with finance and functional teams to deliver productivity targets.
• Support cost management efforts while maintaining service levels.
Service & Performance Management
• Drive long term capacity solutions to deliver service excellence.
• Lead cross-functional operations and technical problem solving to address service or supply disruptions.
Cross-Functional Leadership
• Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to achieve business objectives.
• Influence teams to drive alignment and execution.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the business unit.
What We Look For:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
• 8+ years of supply chain experience (operations, planning, or commercialization)
• Strong understanding of supply chain impact on business performance
• Experience working cross-functionally in a matrixed environment (CPG or manufacturing preferred)
• Proven ability to execute and drive operational results
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and financial acumen
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
What We Offer:
The base salary range for this position is $120,000 to $200,000 annually with eligibility for a 25% annual incentive bonus, which is based on organizational performance. The range reflects factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and location, and starting salary may fall anywhere within the stated range.
