Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, public relations, social sciences, liberal arts or other related fieldSix (6) years of diverse and progressively responsible experience in student recruitment, admissions, and/or enrollment managementExperience supervising/managing professional staff and team membersPreferred Qualification to possess (Preferred Qualifications) Master’s degree in business, higher education, communications, marketing, public relations, social sciences, liberal arts or other related fieldSeven (7) years of professional experience in student recruitment, admissions and/or enrollment managementExperience in graduate student recruitmentExperience with technology: Salesforce, Slate, and AExperience with data analysis in student enrollment yield and outcomesExperience building and maintaining relationships with external organizations, industry partners, and community stakeholdersKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities Experience with Student Information Systems.Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM).Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and orally.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels throughout the institution.Demonstrate a commitment to providing outstanding customer service skills.Demonstrate an exceptional understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion with a commitment to developing equitable practices.Ability to perform duties independently, without guidance and direction from other professionals.Ability to manage ambiguous situations and/or information and translate them into results.Demonstrate ability to lead and supervise teams, manage multiple priorities, and develop strategic initiatives that support organizational goals and service excellence.Demonstrate responsibility and accountability for the analysis of fiscal and human resources required to achieve department objectives including hiring, compensation, termination, and performance management.Demonstrated ability to utilize CRM systems, reporting tools, and data analytics to develop insights, guide strategy, and support data-informed decision-making.Ability to analyze data, provide comprehensive reporting demonstrating measured outcomes.Ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships with external organizations, industry partners, and community stakeholders.Conditions of Employment Must be willing and able to travel.Must be willing and able to work occasional evenings and weekends.Must be willing and able to reliably transport self and any work materials to and from off-site work locations as needed for business purposes.Mental, Physical, and/or Environmental Requirements This position may be performed in a hybrid or remote environment, requiring the ability to work effectively in a remote setting. This includes maintaining a dedicated workspace free of excessive noise or distractions, reliable internet connectivity, and the ability to participate in virtual meetings for extended periods. Employees must be able to independently manage time, remain stationary for prolonged computer-based work, and transport necessary equipment (such as a laptop and peripherals) between their remote work location and the office as needed. The salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established at $ $98,049 - $110,000 . The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training. The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position is/is not eligible for overtime compensation. Your total compensation goes beyond the number on your paycheck.
