You will be a strategic thought-partner with the Executive Director in order to achieve our mission infused with Jewish values.
We have an estimated 2,250 Jewish students at the University of Delaware and there is not a one size fits all approach for how we can reach them all. You will have the chance to learn from what works, build connections between students and have the opportunity to develop meaningful Jewish experiences.
Grant Hillel offers a competitive salary in the nonprofit marketplace along with a comprehensive benefits package. The salary range for this role is $55,000-$61,000. The position includes Jewish professional growth opportunities, great supervision, and work on a college campus with a dynamic, collaborative team.
Grant Hillel is home to an active, vibrant and growing Jewish community. Located at the University of Delaware, we engage more than half of the University's 2,250 plus Jewish students through meaningful experiences that foster community, leadership, Jewish learning, Israel engagement, service, and lifelong Jewish connection. Our team is passionate, collaborative, entrepreneurial, and deeply committed to creating an environment where every student feels welcomed, valued, and inspired to shape their own Jewish journey.
This is an exciting moment to join Grant Hillel. We are building the new Grant Hillel at the Kristol Center for Jewish Life, an 18,000 square foot, state of the art facility that will open in Spring 2027. This transformational space will expand our ability to serve students for generations to come while providing an exceptional workplace for our staff. If you are energized by building community, thinking creatively, and making a lasting impact on the lives of college students, Grant Hillel offers the opportunity to be part of something truly special.
