Job Description

Help build the future of Physical AI in India.

This role sits at the intersection of autonomous driving, robotics, AI, and intelligent machines. You will be responsible for building strategic partnerships and developing the ecosystem across robotics companies, automotive OEMs, component suppliers, technology partners, and others.

You will work closely with global leadership to identify opportunities, negotiate strategic agreements, and position the company at the center of India's emerging Physical AI ecosystem.

What will your job look like:

    • Develop and execute the India ecosystem and growth strategy.
    • Build senior relationships across the robotics supply chain
    • Identify and drive strategic partnerships and business opportunities.
    • Lead commercial negotiations and contract execution.
    • Structure and negotiate partnership, licensing, development, and customer agreements.
    • Monitor market, technology, regulatory, and competitive developments.
    • Develop business cases and strategic recommendations for leadership.
    • Represent the company at customer meetings, conferences, and industry events

All you need is:

  • 3-5 years of strategy consulting experience at one of the following: McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or a similar top-tier consulting firm. This is a mandatory requirement
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a top-tier university.
  • 6-12 years of professional experience.
  • Strong understanding of technology, AI, robotics, automotive, or related industries.
  • Proven experience in negotiating and closing strategic partnerships or commercial agreements.
  • Outstanding analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English; quick and sharp communicator
