
BENEFITS AND SALARY:
The salary for this position is $80,000 per year (10-month School Year and 1-month ESY Extended School Year).

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Education: Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology.
2. Licensure: Current license through the Ohio Board of Speech and Hearing Professionals. Current appropriate Ohio Department of Education license for area of specialty. Current American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA) certificate of clinical competence.
3. Skills/Competencies:
Pass Safety Care Core Curriculum by passing the written exam, attending the full duration of training, participating and passing the required role plays, and demonstrating the full competencies up to and including the Two-Person Stability Hold required.

Monarch School for Autism at Bellefaire JCB is looking for a full-time Director of Speech Language Pathology to work at Monarch School, which serves students ages 3 through 21 with Autism Spectrum Disorder. This person should be caring, creative and passionate about making a difference in the lives of children.

The Director of Speech Language Pathology provides clinical and administrative supervision to Speech Language Pathologists, educates or consults with families of clients, and contributes to programmatic updates dictated by current research and technology.
