Eliot is seeking a Director of Specialized Programs to provide clinical guidance, intervention and supervision to clients as part of one of our Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) teams. Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) provides clinically focused evidenced based interventions to adults with severe and persistent mental illness. Services are person centered and are delivered by a multidisciplinary team of professionals.

In this role you will assist and facilitate assessment and individual treatment for clients, guide clinical care and provide staff supervision in specialized residential programs. The ideal candidate will have experience overseeing residential programs and clinical services.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all administrative and clinical functions of all specialized programs and oversight of services for all Persons served.
  • Collaborate with supervisor to ensure that clinical assessment and criteria are continuously met for program referrals and ongoing treatment.
  • In collaboration with supervisor, function as clinical liaison to DMH site offices, overseeing communication regarding treatment progress and the management of incident reporting.
  • Facilitate recovery-based services that are focused on rehabilitation and individual preferences
  • Provide management oversight of assigned programs including assisting Program Manager with supervision of program staff.
  • Oversee the completion and direction of clinical assessments related to rehab option and assessments related to risk and crisis management

Qualifications:

  • Clinical license (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LADCI, or OT)
  • At least 10 years of experience working with adults with mental illness.
  • At least 5 years of experience providing supervision in a mental health setting and providing management and supervision of group living programs for people with severe and persistent mental illnesses.
  • Valid Massachusetts drivers license

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm


Annual Salary $90,000$100,000 USD
