About the role
As Director of Spa at The Park Gstaad, A Four Seasons Hotel, you will oversee all spa operations, wellness programming, and retail to deliver transformative guest experiences in our alpine luxury setting. This leadership role drives revenue growth, team excellence, and innovative wellness offerings aligned with Four Seasons standards.
What you will do
Lead spa operations including treatments, fitness, wellness programming, and retail
Develop and execute spa revenue strategies, memberships, and seasonal packages
Recruit, train, and schedule multi-disciplinary spa therapy and fitness teams
Ensure compliance with Swiss health regulations and Four Seasons treatment standards
Drive retail sales through product knowledge training and merchandising
Collaborate with F&B and Concierge for integrated wellness guest journeys
Monitor KPIs including treatment revenue, retail sales, and guest satisfaction
Innovate wellness programming tailored to alpine luxury guests (ski recovery, detox, longevity)
What you bring
5+ years leadership experience directing luxury spa operations
Proven success driving spa revenue and retail performance in resorts
Expertise in wellness trends, treatment protocols, and staff development
Excellent leadership and communication skills (English fluency required combined with German or French, additional languages advantageous)
Familiarity with luxury service standards
Swiss passport, EU passport, or current Swiss work permit required (Swiss regulations make this mandatory for employment)
