The Director of Sales – Residential Pest Control is a senior leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, developing scalable sales strategies, and building a high-performance sales culture across the organization. This leader will oversee outside sales operations, manage and develop sales leadership, and ensure consistent execution of sales processes across all markets.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can operate both at a high level and in the field—someone who can translate vision into execution, develop leaders, and deliver measurable results.
