MrBeast is building one of the most powerful consumer and services ecosystems in the world, spanning media, consumer products, financial services, telecom, loyalty, and brand partnerships.

As the Director of Sales Planning at MrBeast, you will lead the market intelligence and sales-planning work that helps our commercial organization focus on the right brands, at the right time, with the right opportunity. You will use data, third-party intelligence tools, and the MrBeast content calendar to identify high-potential targets and convert market signals into focused, actionable sales strategy.

You will operate at the intersection of Sales, Revenue Operations, Content, and Go-to-Market leadership. This role is designed for a strategic, data-driven operator who can segment complex markets, prioritize opportunity, and equip VPs and sellers with warm leads and clear direction.

About the Role

You will own the planning frameworks that connect our content pipeline, audience opportunity, brand demand, and sales outreach. You will translate programming moments, franchise opportunities, and commercial priorities into target lists of brands and sub-brands that are highly relevant to specific partnership opportunities.

You will work closely with Sales leadership to define where teams should focus, why those targets matter, and how opportunities should be prioritized. Your work will create a more disciplined, insight-led sales motion and help sellers spend more time engaging qualified prospects.

What You’ll Do

• Use first-party data, market intelligence, and third-party tools to segment the market and identify the highest-potential brands, sub-brands, agencies, and categories to target.
• Translate the content calendar into focused target lists that align brands with specific programming, production, media, and partnership opportunities.
• Build repeatable market-segmentation frameworks that prioritize prospects by strategic fit, revenue potential, timing, and likelihood to convert.
• Partner with VPs and Sales leadership to define go-to-market focus areas, target-account strategies, and sales priorities by category, vertical, and opportunity.
• Feed sellers warm, actionable leads with the context, intelligence, and rationale needed to begin productive outreach, and at times make the initial contact with prospects.
• Develop account and category insights using Salesforce, ZoomInfo, MediaRadar, Winmo, and other relevant tools.
• Identify whitespace opportunities, emerging categories, competitive activity, and brand spending signals that can inform proactive sales strategy.
• Establish and maintain clear planning cadences that connect the content calendar, commercial priorities, prospecting, and pipeline development.
• Partner with Revenue Operations to ensure target-account data, segmentation logic, and lead activity are accurate, standardized, and visible in Salesforce.
• Create executive-ready reporting and recommendations that clarify market opportunity, sales focus, pipeline health, and prospecting performance.
• Work with Sales, Partner Solutions, and Content teams to refine ideal customer profiles and improve how partnership opportunities are positioned to priority targets.
• Evaluate lead quality, conversion trends, and seller feedback to continuously improve targeting models and planning methodologies.
• Build scalable processes, templates, and operating standards that strengthen sales planning across the organization.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders to align resources around the highest-value market opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• 8-10+ years of experience in sales strategy, sales planning, revenue strategy, market intelligence, business development, or a related commercial function.
• Demonstrated experience using B2B market segmentation to identify, prioritize, and activate high-potential target accounts.
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, ZoomInfo, MediaRadar, Winmo, and related CRM and sales-intelligence tools.
• Experience translating market data, content opportunities, or commercial signals into targeted lead-generation strategies.
• Proven ability to build practical, data-informed recommendations for sales leaders and front-line sellers.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales motions, account prioritization, pipeline development, and revenue forecasting.
• Advanced analytical and strategic-thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear commercial direction.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Content, and executive leadership.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to build scalable planning processes in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Fixed annual salary of $155,000 - $194,000 plus an annual bonus, an employee equity plan grant, and comprehensive benefits.Equity grants are issued in good faith, subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility.
