Duties and Responsibilities
As Director of Sales & Marketing, I will take full ownership of the efficient operation of the Sales & Marketing department, ensuring the delivery of exceptional products and services in line with brand standards. My primary objective is to position the hotel correctly and attract the right business at optimal pricing to achieve the hotel’s targeted occupancy, average rate, and revenue goals.
Joining the hotel during its pre-opening phase, my initial focus will be on preparing all aspects of Sales & Marketing for a successful launch. Following the opening, my role will transition to driving revenue growth and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations for the continued success of the hotel.
